Jennifer Carney leads a team of individuals working together to serve members of our community who are disabled, senior, or otherwise vulnerable. The Oakland and Genesee County Probate Courts have appointed Jennifer Carney as a professional fiduciary in over 200 probate court cases. She focuses her practice on service as a guardian, conservator, personal representative, and trustee for adults with developmental disabilities, incapacitated individuals, estates and trusts.
Jennifer Carney earned a bachelor of science in nursing magna cum laude at the University of Michigan in 1993, a master of science in nursing at Case Western Reserve University in 2002, and a juris doctor in 2008 from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Michigan Bar Association, a sustaining member of the Oakland County Bar Association, and a member of the board of directors of the Michigan Guardianship Association.
